Versatile, reliable barrel pump designs

The F300 Light-medium duty series or the F400 heavy duty series pumps are available depending on your desired
flow rate, discharge pressure, duty cycle and application requirements. Both series feature axial impeller
designs for a smooth, pulsation-free pumping action. Light, highly portable F300 series pumps are primarily
designed for dispensing smaller quantities. Larger 400 series pumps are used for high flow and high pressure
applications. These pumps are powered by electric or air motors and can be used to transfer food products,
flammable fuels, solvents and high density acids / alkalis.

Industry applications: Flux Pumps are used in a wide range of industries, spanning industrial, agricultural, oil & gas,
cosmetics, food, pharmaceutical, and chemical sectors. Moreover, for applications involving flammable liquids, through Flux
we offer ATEX (Ex) approved pumps to ensure safe operation in hazardous environments.

  • Delivery head: max. 8,5 mwc
  • Viscosity: max. 250 mPas*
  • Motor drive: electric/battery
  • * dependent on pump model, medium and motor
  • F400 Series technical data:

F400 Series heavy duty barrel pumpsClass-leading, low maintenance barrel pumps for max viscosity <1200 mPas.
There are several F400 pump designs manufactured, all of which are available in different lengths. Flux barrel
and drum pumps always comprise two key parts: the pump and the motor. This allows Flux to offer the right
solution for every application. F400 pumps are compact and generally lightweight, for easy handling. These barrel
pumps are designed for extremely long service, with lowest life costs. All parts are available to purchase separately.
Flux Pumps are built to last! These pumps are used in the toughest applications all over the world, with unique design
features ensuring optimal performance. F430 pumps in particular are very easy to strip down for cleaning or maintenance.

Drive motors are connected to F400 drum pumps by a quick-release hand wheel. The hand wheel is a compact design, connected
to the pump by a simple circlip. This design minimises risk of damage if the pump tube is accidentally dropped. Different
drive motors can be used with the same pump. The motor can be quickly removed and replaced. The quick release hand-wheel
also allows one drive motor to be used with several pump tubes, providing a low cost solution to pumping several different liquids
ithout cross-contamination. Please see the dedicated motors web pages for motor options and motor selection considerations.
